The enquiry form requires your name, email address, phone number, country, and contact consent. Your subject, university, study level, and message are optional.

We use these details to respond to your enquiry by email or phone. We do not use this consent for unrelated marketing.

Do not include passport numbers, financial details, or medical information. The website does not accept document uploads.

Website requests

Cloudflare hosts and protects this website. Cloudflare receives technical data with each request, such as your IP address and browser information.

Cloudflare can process this data to deliver the website and protect its services. Read the Cloudflare privacy policy for details about its data use and retention.

Cloudflare Turnstile checks form requests for abuse. Our server verifies each new submission and limits requests by IP address. It records service error codes without form details.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics to measure website visits and page use. Google Analytics uses cookies and receives technical data about your browser and visits.

We disable Google signals and advertisement personalization. We do not send enquiry form values to Google Analytics.

Storage and retention

Cloudflare D1 stores your enquiry, contact consent date, and enquiry reference. Access requires an authenticated Cloudflare account with permission for this database.

Our scheduled task deletes D1 enquiry records after 180 days. It also deletes the related email delivery records.

Cloudflare Email Service sends enquiry receipts. Our domain email routes to a Gmail inbox for manual replies and privacy requests.

The 180-day limit applies to D1 records. Email copies and provider backups follow separate mailbox and service retention rules.

Privacy requests

Email privacy@studyinmalaysia.app to request access, correction, or deletion of your enquiry. Include your enquiry reference if available.

We can request information to confirm that the enquiry belongs to you. You can withdraw contact consent through the same address.

Do not send personal documents through an unofficial contact channel.
